| 摘 要： | MPEG-4是新一代智能视频压缩编码技术国际标准，可满足基于内容和大范围可变码率视频编码的需要。将MPEC-4压缩编码技术应用于流媒体技术中是网络视频服务技术的发展趋势。MPEC-4视频泵是MPEC-4视频服务器技术中的核心部件。本文在MPEG-1视频服务器基础上，对传统的视频泵进行了重新的设计，使其具有MPEC-4视频数据流化封装与传输的能力，实现了从MPEG-1到MPEG-4视频泵的换代。MPFEC-4视频泵在视频服务器中的应用，为实时的、可变码率的MPEC-4流媒体服务提供了一个流化与传输平台。

| Abstract: | MPEG 4 is international standard of video compression and coding technology of new generation.It can suitable for the need of contend based and large scale changeable video coding.It is the network video service development trend of applying MPEG 4 tech.in media stream.MPEG 4 video pump is the key component of Video server.The article redesign the traditional video pump based on the MPEG 1 Video server and ensures it has the ability of streaming and transferring video data.The application of MPEG 4 Video pump offer a streaming and transferring platform for run time,coding rate scalable MPEG 4 stream video server. |
