| 摘 要： | 采用阳离子交换树脂脱除铁红中的硅。首先，将铁红制成一定浓度的Fe^3＋试液．再将阳离子交换树脂浸泡其中，Fe^3＋在交换树脂中与杂质分离，试液中Fe^3＋浓度大，树脂浸泡时间长。分离效果好。对含Fe^3＋（0．07045g／mL）的试液．树脂在其中浸池4h，脱除SiO2效率为93％．Fe2O3的产率为50％。

| Abstract: | In this test, to take off the silicon of the iron oxide red by cation exchange resin. At first, the iron oxide red is cranked out the trivalence iron ion's test solution, and cation exchange resin is dipped of the test solution, trivalence iron are separated with impurities in cation resin. Trivalence iron ion's concentration is very high, and resin's dipping time is long ,of course, the effect is so good.The probe solution of trivalence iron ion (0.07045g/mL),the resin has dipped for 4h, the effect of taking off the silicon dioxide is 93%, the birth rate of the iron oxide red is 50%. |
