摘    要:以超声辅助提取法对不同基质类型的化妆品样品进行预处理,采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中的苯氧异丙醇,色谱条件为:Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),流动相为V(水)∶V(乙腈)∶V(甲醇)∶V(四氢呋喃)=60∶25∶10∶5的混合溶液,流速1.2 mL/min,检测波长268 nm,柱温30℃。结果表明,在此条件下苯氧异丙醇在1.0~200.0μg/mL范围内与相应的峰面积具有良好的线性关系(相关系数r=0.999 9),线性回归方程为A=74 280ρ-23 780,回收率为95.6%~102.4%,RSD为0.66%~1.05%。

Abstract:A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of phenoxyisopropanol in cosmetics was established.Samples of cosmetics with various types of different matrix were pretreated with ultrasonic-assisted extraction.Then the sample of the extract was analyzed on a Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm) with detecting wavelength of 268 nm at 30 ℃.The mobile phase is a gradient elution composed of water,acetonitrile(CH3CN),methanol(CH3OH) and tetrahydrofuran(THF) with ratio of V(H2O)∶V(CH3CN)∶V(CH3OH)∶V(THF)=60∶25∶10∶5,at a flow rate 1.2 mL/min.Results showed that as the concentration of phenoxyisopropanol is in the range of 1.0~200.0 μg/mL,the relationship between the concentration and the corresponding peak area shows good linearity(r=0.999 9).The regression equations can be expressed as A=74 280ρ-23 780;and the recoveries of phenoxyisopropanol achieved 95.6%~102.4%.The RSD of the method is 0.66%~1.05%.
