纳米YSZ热障涂层制备工艺及涂层环境试验研究

摘    要:以结合强度为衡量指标,由L9(34)试验确立了等离子喷涂纳米YSZ制备热障涂层的最佳工艺参数。采用SEM对涂层微观组织结构及涂层相关性能进行了研究分析。结果表明,经优化工艺参数喷涂制备的YSZ热障涂层结合强度可达38.26MPa,厚度为0.37mm的该涂层在600℃时的隔热温度达到70℃,且该涂层具有良好的环境适应性。

Abstract:The optimum parameters of thermal barrier coating consisting of nano-YSZ produced by plasma spraying were determined through the L9 (34)testing on adhesive strength. The microstructure and correlative performance of the coating was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results of the experiment showed that the adhesive strength of the coating was 38.26MPa and the insulation temperature to reach 70 ℃ at 600℃ ,which produced with optimum process parameters,thermal barrier coating has a good environmental adaptability.
