| 摘 要： | 当前,我国服装产业正经历从传统制造业向文化创意产业的转型,服装产业的知识型员工面临新的考验和工作压力,这对企业的管理工作也提出了更高的要求.研究发现,我国服装产业知识型员工的工作压力程度处于中等偏上的水平,工作压力在人口统计学变量上呈现出差异特征.为了贯彻"以人为本"的管理理念,企业应该加强工作压力管理,这对企业有效地利用人力资源,充分发挥知识型员工的潜力以及提高企业的绩效有着重要的价值.
