| 摘 要： | 针对影响上辊颈热裂纹的主要因素,采用工频炉熔炼铁液严格控制浇注温度和化学成分(质量分数)等相应的措施,使上辊颈的废品率下降了70%左右,生产出合格的合金冷硬铸铁轧辊上辊颈铸件。

| Abstract: | According to the main factors causing top roll neck to crack,some measures were adopted including melting iron in main frequency induction furnace,strictly controlling pouring temperature and chemical composition,and so on.As a result,the rejection rate of top roll neck was decreased by about 70%,and the qualified top roll neck casting was produced. |
