郴州新星选厂选矿废水处理与重复利用研究

摘    要:本文简述了某小型铅锌矿选厂废水处理和回用试验情况。选矿废水采用硫酸一聚铁法处理可达污水综合排放标准(GB8978—88)。尾矿库溢流水回用选矿工艺,选矿指标不受影响,选矿药剂费用减少,每年节约新水16万t,具有较大的经济效益与环境效益。试验成果已在工程中应用。

Abstract:This Paper introduces test of treating and reusing of the Wastewater of a small lead and Zinc ore-dressing plant.Thequality of the ore-dresswing wastewater is treated by sulfuric acid and poly-ferric-sulphatecan achieve comprehensive wastewaterdischarge standard.Overflow wastewater of the tail's reservoir is reused in floatation and floatation target is as good as using newwater.With the reuse of the wasteeater, cost of ore-dressing of this plant was reduced and the quantity of surfacewater used as floatation wes decreased by 160 000t per year.The economical and environmental benefit is fairly good.Tbe test results have been appbpal in the plant,and the considerableeconomical and environmental benefit has been gotten.
