自振喷嘴空化起始能力实验研究

摘    要:利用瞬态流和水声学原理设计研制了自振空化喷嘴,实验研究了该喷嘴的空化起始能力,并与锥形喷嘴进行了比较。结果表明,在更深的井底或更高的围压条件下,自振空化喷嘴比普通锥形喷嘴具有更大的起始空化数和更强的空化起始能力,最大达1.67,而锥形喷嘴的最大起始空化数仅为0.54。现场试验证明,自振空化喷嘴钻头对提高机械钻速具有更显著的作用。

Abstract:Self-resonant cavitating nozzle was designed with the principles based on theory of fluid transients and hydro-acoustics.The lab investigations demonstrate that higher inception cavitation number and stronger cavitation effect under higher ambient pressure can be achieved in deeper bottom hole or under higher ambient pressure with self-resonant cavitating nozzle than the conventional cone-shaped nozzle,and the enhanced inception cavitation number can be as high as 1.67 while that of cone-shape nozzle is usually with 0.54 as the highest.Field tests have proved that the bit with self-resonating nozzles can significantly improve the penetration rate.
