摘    要:由于仪表传输线路存在信号干扰,导致空分设备空压机联锁停车或防喘振阀全开的故障发生。通过对设备硬件及控制程序进行优化改进,将传输模拟信号电缆与传输逻辑信号电缆采取有效隔离,消除了控制系统上存在的安全隐患,保证了空压机正常运行。

Abstract:The faults of air compressor interlock shutdown and anti-surging valve full open in air separation unit are caused by signal interference existing in instrument transmission line. Optimization and modification of the hardware and control program are carried out. By isolating the analog signal transmission cable from the logic signal transmission cable effectively, the hidden dangers of the control system are eliminated, and the normal operation of the air compressor is guaranteed.
