摘    要:针对高压液氨柱塞泵用填料密封存在泄漏严重、使用寿命短等问题 ,通过对其结构特征、密封填料选型、填料组装方式、复合填料开发、润滑辅助系统等方面进行理论分析、试验研究和改进工作后 ,使密封运行周期大大延长、失效次数急剧减少 ,彻底扭转了生产的被动局面 ,并产生了相当可观的经济效益。

Abstract:In accordance with problems of serious leakage and short service life of packing seal for high pressure liquid plunger displacement pump,by means of theoretical analysis,testing and improvement on the fields of sealing structure characteristic,packing selection,packing assembling form,development of complex packing and lubrication auxiliary system,the working period of seal was prolonged greatly,the seal failure was reduced sharply,and the obveous economic benefit was obtained.the passive state of production was turned back.
