机车用50kVA IGBT逆变器的电磁兼容性设计

摘    要:针对电力机车的特点,设计了50KVA绝缘栅双极昌体管(IGBT)辅助逆变器的电磁兼容性用于取代故障频繁的机车上原可关断晶闸管(GTO)逆变器。自1996年10月至领司运行状况正常,从接地、屏蔽、吸收电路和减少引线电感等方面介绍了该逆变器电磁兼容性设计。设计试验表明,50KVA等级的IGBT逆变器的吸收电路只需无感电容器即可。

Abstract:The auxiliary IGBT Inverter rated 50kVA wasdesigned to replace the GTO inverter which equipped to Electric Locomotive. The design ofEMC considerations such as the configuration optimum, grounding, earthing, shielding andsnubbing technique are presented. The experimental result shows that only a capacitor withlow inductance is applicable as a snubber for IGBT invertors rated 50kVA.
