| 摘 要： | 以对氯苯甲酰氯为起始原料 ,与N ( 2 氨乙基 )吗啉缩合制取吗氯贝胺 ,对其反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间进行优化 ,收率为 72 .1%。

| Abstract: | Moclobernide was prepared by condensation of p chlorobenzoyl chloride and N (2 aminoethyl)morpholine.The optimum values of the reaction temperature ,the catalyst amount and the reaction time are studied.The yield was 72.1%. |
