摘    要:以防汛决策支持系统的设计开发为例,介绍了该系统的开发目标、原则、范围与任务,分析了系统的总体功能与逻辑结构,在此基础上阐明了系统的核心是应用仿真技术建立洪水预报和调度仿真子系统,对该核心子系统的开发目标、模型技术、逻辑结构与数据流程进行了详尽的论述,并对建模路线及与建模有关的洪水预报模型技术、洪水演进和调度仿真模型技术、洼淀产水和排沥入汇模型技术都分别进行了全面的研究。

Abstract:The objective, principle, confine and assignment of Tianjin flood-control decision support system design and research are introduced, with analyzed general function and logic structure and discussing the flood forecast and flood-control emulate subsystem of its kernel research developed by emulate technique. In addition, the research objective, model technology, logic structure and date flow of the kernel subsystem are elaborated, and the modeling way and flood forecast model technology, flood-control simulated model technology and low-lying waterlogging model technology about modeling were also researched apiece.
