摘    要:本文提出了一种测量固体继电器(SSR)接通电压的新方法.该方法利用单片机和数/模转换芯片(D/A)产生一组幅值规律变化的脉冲电压波,以此作为SSR的输入驱动电压测量接通电压,电压值在导通产生中断后显示在LED上,结果满足产品规范的精度要求.与传统地采用缓慢上升电压作为输入电压的测试方法相比,该方法缩短了SSR在过渡放大区的停滞时间,从而更快速、安全地测量接通电压.

Abstract:A new method to measure the turn-on voltage of SSR was introduced in this paper, which used MCU and D/A transformer to generate a regular voltage pulse wave as the input. The current voltage is displayed on LED after MCU receives a turn-on interrupt signal, which can satisfy the precision requirement of product. Comparing with the traditional method, the method can remarkably shorten the time during transition area, so it is more quick and safe.
