摘    要:本试验在1998-1999两年度进行,利用单一不同剂量的SO2、S昨配保鲜剂作为采前处理:1%的硝酸钙,不同浓度的果蔬液体保鲜剂、2倍的果亮、0.1%的壳聚糖对采收前的红地球葡萄喷布,干后采收贮藏作为采后处理,研究了不同处理对红地球葡萄漂白率及防腐保镁效果的影响。结果表明,红地球葡萄果皮对SO2最敏感,复配保镁剂通过减少SO2的使用剂降低果粒的漂白率:采前液体保鲜剂Ⅱ、果亮、壳聚糖则通过在葡萄表面

Abstract:The experimet was done in 1998 and 1999. The treatments included different dose SO_2,SO_2, with CT_1 were preharvest treatments and spraying 1% Ca(NO3)_2,diffetent concentration Fruit and Vegetable Liquid Preservative, 2 times Fruit Shine, 0.1% chitosan before Red Globe grape harvested were postharvest treatments. The effects or treatments on percent or bleaching, percent or decay, percent or pedicels browning were studied. Results showed that epidermis of Red Globe grape is the most susceptive to SO_2, SO_2 with CT_1, can decrease percent of bleaching by interception SO_2 absorption due to forming thin film on surface of table grape. But Fruit Shine and chitosan were not fit for perharvest treatment for table grape,because Fruit Shine was not favourable to visual quality and single chitosan increased percent of decay.
