摘    要:
通过分析品川窑二次焙烧曲线在使用过程中存在的挥发分一直超量,使工艺控制与运行条件一直处于恶性循环之中的现状,根据煤沥青炭化原理和品川窑固有的热平衡设计新的二次焙烧曲线。

Abstract:
For a rebaking tunnel kiln, a good rebaking curve is one of the key is sues that need to be handled seriously to ensure the smooth operation and good q uality of the products. In the case of Pin-Chuan tunnel kiln, the concentration of the volatile matter released from the impregnation pitch during the rebaking step is higher than the pre-set design value for a long time period, which mak es it difficult to control rebaking process and causes bad working environment d uring the production. In this paper, a new rebaking curve suitable for the Pin-Chuan rebaking tunnel kiln is proposed according to the coking mechanism of coal tar pitch as well as the heat balance of the concerned tunnel kiln.
