钛合金焊缝与母材缺口试样疲劳对比试验研究

摘    要:对TC2钛合金焊缝与母材缺口试样进行疲劳对比试验,并观察全部疲劳断口,分析疲劳断裂的起因.结果表明,焊缝缺口试样与母材缺口试样的疲劳寿命相比没有显著差异,在99%可靠度前提下,焊缝缺口试样的安全寿命是母材缺口试样安全寿命的91%.焊缝及母材缺口试样的疲劳断裂均起源于缺口根部表面滑移带.

Abstract:The experiments on notched workpiece of both joint and base materials with the purpose of comparing fatigue life between these two of TC2 Titanium alloy were carried out,and the characteristics of fatigue rupture and its causes through fatigue fracture analysis were investigated.The results show that the difference of fatigue life between notched workpiece of joint and base materials is not large.The safe fatigue life of joint is about 91% than that of base materials,under the reliability of 99%.The fatigue fracture of both joint and base materials started from the slip band on the surface of the notched root.
