摘    要:用短梁连接砖混结构与外套框架是实际工程中常采用的一种整体式加层方案,为从整体上把握其动力特性和受力特点,本文利用ANSYS建立有限元模型,分别进行了模态分析、反应谱分析和弹性时程分析。分析结果和概念设计均表明,单纯采用短梁连接的整体式方案,存在纵向抗侧刚度较弱、扭转振动、刚度突变等问题,综合考虑短梁连接锚固的可靠性以及其传递水平地震作用的可靠性,若不辅以其他有效措施,在地震设防区不宜采用。

Abstract:Connecting existing masonry structure with frame by short beams is a commonly used story-adding plan in practice. To get a better understanding of its dynamic behavior of this structural system, a real project was modeled, and modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis were conducted using the ANSYS program. The analysis results and conceptual design all indicated that there exist weak longitudinal stiffness, torsion vibration and abrupt stiffness change. Considering the reliability of short beam anchoring and seismic action transferring, if no other effective measures are taken, it is not appropriate to be used in seismic defense zones.
