| 摘 要： | 从近年来湿法脱硫装置的运行实践来看,GGH(烟气换热器)的设置存在着很大的问题。GGH不仅增加了系统的投资和运行电耗,最大的问题是普遍堵塞严重,大大降低了系统的可靠性和可用率。通过GGH压差变化曲线图和GGH垢样分析以及工程实践,分析得出GGH堵塞的主要原因,并给出了设计和运行上的建议。

| Abstract: | There are management and operation problems of gas-gas heater GGH in the wet flue gas desulfurization system.The GGH not only enhances investment and electric consumption but also decreases the stability and usability of the wet flue gas desulfurization system due to clog.The reasons of the clog are analyzed and the advices of the design and operation are concluded. |
