电力系统事故处理专家系统工具的设计与实现

摘    要:描述了电力系统事故处理专家系统工具的设计过程,提出了将电网拓扑数据库与知识库分离、将事故处理知识分为一般知识和特殊知识的设计思想,介绍了模块化的事故处理推理机的结构。另外,还提出了用于事故处理的电网结构知识的通用表示方法及基于广度优先搜索技术的分区域电网解列判断方法。基于这种思想开发的电力系统事故处理专家系统工具可以方便地开发电力系统事故处理专家系统。

Abstract:The designing procedure of an expert system tool for the restoration of power systems is described.The design idea that the topology data-base of a power network seperates form the knowledge-base for dealing with faulst,and that the knowledge for dealing with fault is categorized into general and special parts is presented.A modular inference engine for dealing with faults is introduced.In addition,a general knowledge representing method for power network topology and a new method to discern whether the power network has been separated are also presented in this paper.
