基于弧形侧抽芯机构的压出式瓶盖模设计

摘    要:对压出式塑料瓶盖进行了工艺分析,并设计了注射模。在模具中设计了弧形侧抽芯机构,解决了产品弧形孔脱模难的问题。同时还设计了一种回退式全自动脱螺纹机构,避免了瓶盖内孔中2个凹槽无法强制脱模的问题。实际生产证明,该模具设计合理、动作可靠。

Abstract:The injection mold for forming the forcing_out type plastic bottle cap was designed basing on the technical analysis of the cap.A special mechanism for arc side core pulling was used in the mold to solve the problem of demolding from arcuate orifice.Also an automatic robbed back device was designed to remove the threaded sectors;the problem of forced stripping of two fillisters in the inner hole of the bottle cap was accordingly resolved.The mold proved to be feasible in design and reliable in action.
