铝电解槽内衬材料对槽内温度分布影响的计算机模拟

摘    要:通过铝电解槽的模型计算,研究了电解槽使用不同的阴极碳块和侧部碳块对槽帮结壳形状的影响,绘制了不同电解条件下的电解槽温度场分布图及槽胜形状图,并得出了使用半石墨化阴极碳块和侧部碳块、在低温电解条件下将获得较好的生产效果的结论。

Abstract:The ledge profile of using different cathode carbon blocks in the Cell was calcu-lated with a computer simulation method in this paper. The isotherms of temperature and ledgeprofile figures were obtained under different cell operation conditions. The conclusion is thatsimutaneous use of both semi-graphitized cathode carbon block and semi-graphitized side car-bon block can obtain better the in aluminium production at lowe temperature.
