摘    要:浙江蜜蜂集团有限公司对味精生产过程中排放的高浓度离交废水先经过发酵法提取饲料酵母,然后采用多效真空蒸发浓缩结晶工艺制取硫酸铵肥料和氨基酸母液,上述预处理出水与其他中、低浓度废水采用改进型Bardenpho工艺处理,出水的污染物指标远优于<味精工业污染物排放标准>(GB 19431-2004),取得了良好的环境、经济和社会效益.

Abstract:The high-concentration monosodium L-glutamate wastewater in Zhejiang Mifeng Group Corporation is pretreated by extracting feed yeast via fermentation process and preparing ammonium sulfate fertilizer and amino acid mother liquor via multiple-effect vacuum evaporation-condensation-crystallization process.The above-mentioned pretreated effluent and the other medium-and low-concentration wastewater are treated by the modified Bardenpho process.The effluent quality is even superior to the Discharge Standard of ...
