| Abstract: | An accident is described wherein a newly-mounted electric hoist bridge crane in a repair workshop derails. An accident inspection followed by an analysis of the causes for the accident is carried out to make it known that a proper type selection for the track and a proper installation and commissioning of the entire machine are an important guarantee of the crane＇s safe running. |
