| 摘 要： | 国内外乡村发展政策在乡村发展理念、土地整理与规划指引、资金投入方式等方面有可借鉴之处.在"两型社会"背景下,武汉市新农村建设应围绕四个方面进行:保护新农村地区特有的自然资源与景观环境,强化经济竞争力,提升农村社区生活品质,培育地方发展能力.
