双滞环控制的三相双幅有源箝位谐振直流环节逆变器

摘    要:双幅控制技术大大降低了有源箝位谐振直流环节逆变器的损耗,提高了其工作频率,并将其应用领域扩大到大功率场合。该文实现了6kW三相有源箝位谐振直流环节逆变系统。直流环节采用双幅控制,逆变侧采用基于空间矢量调制技术的双滞环电流控制方案。实验结果表明所提出的方案简单可行,适用于纯正弦输出的电压源逆变器。

Abstract:Two-amplitude control technique greatly reduces the de-link losses on Actively Clamped Resonant De-link Inverter (ACRDCLI) and improves its operation frequency, so that ils application can be extended to high power region, and widely used in UPS, Motor Drivers, Aerospace Power, Active Power Filters, etc. In this paper, a 6kW three-phase ACRDCLI is achieved with two-amplitude control technique applied to de-link and SVM based two-hysterisis current control technique to the Inverter Bridge. Experimental results verified that the proposed scheme has the advantage of simplicity and feasibility. It can be applied to pure sinusoidal output Voltage Source Inverter.
