摘    要:南海西部珠江口盆地W油田区域水深123 m,超过自升式平台作业能力,需采用半潜式平台进行开发井钻井作业,其中1口水平开发井C2H井?215.9 mm井段因未钻遇较好的油气显示层,决定在该井水平段注水泥塞后钻侧钻C2H1。侧钻过程中,通过优化钻具组合、优选短保径、侧向攻击性强的新型PDC钻头配合Power Drive旋转导向工具,通过滑槽、造台阶及控时钻进等措施成功在水平段实施侧钻,克服了该井侧钻位置深、地层强度高、半潜式平台升沉大等困难。整个侧钻实施过程顺利、侧钻井眼轨迹平滑、砂岩钻遇率高、筛管下入顺利并成功进行完井。C2H1侧钻井的顺利实施,为今后类似开发井的作业提供了良好的借鉴意义,为海上钻井作业降本增效提供了强有力的技术支持。

Abstract:Sidetracking is a method that drilling a new wellbore after cementing plug in original wellbore, this method is good credibility and have a high rate success. C2H is a horizontal development well, the ?215.9 mm wellbore have not drilled the good oil formation, therefore it was decided to sidetracking the well of C2H1 after cementing plug. Using short gage and strong attack performance PDC bit coordinate Power Drive rotating guide tool, optimized BHA and used near-bit inclinometering results to control wellbore trajectory. Using the measures of chute and manufacturing steps and control time drilling to sidetracking, controlled the drilling parameters to solve the difficulties of deep sidetracking location and high strength formation and heave of the semi-submersible platform and completed the sidetracking wellbore successfully. The ?215.9 mm wellbore of C2H1 have a good oil formation, the trajectory was smooth and the completion screen pipe was downed successfully into the wellbore. The operation of sidetrack drilling was smoothly in C2H1, which had a good reference for similar wells.
