铜表面聚苯酚耐蚀膜的电化学制备及表征

摘    要:在含苯酚的碳酸钠溶液中,采用循环伏安法在金属铜表面上电沉积棕色、均匀、绝缘的苯酚聚合物膜,分别运用电化学阻抗谱法和Tafel曲线法对聚合物膜的耐蚀性能进行了表征.考察了多种因素对沉积膜的耐蚀性能的影响,结果表明,较低的苯酚浓度、较慢的电位扫描速度和增加扫描圈数都明显有利于提高膜的耐蚀性能.

Abstract:Phenol polymeric film was electrochemically deposited on the substrate of copper in a phenol-containing Na2CO3 solution using cyclic voltammetry.The synthesized polymeric film,which was brown,homogeneous and insulating,was characterized by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in carbonate medium and Tafel plot in 3% NaCl solution.The effects of various parameters on the anticorrosion performance of the film were investigated.The results showed that low phenol concentration,slow potential scan rate and increased scan circles were favorable for improving the anticorrosion properties of the film.
