功能梯度盾构管片的耐久性研究及寿命预测

摘    要:针对隧道工程环境恶劣,要求混凝土材料耐久性高等特点,分析了隧道盾构管片耐久性的主要影响因素。以结构的耐久性为目标,采用功能梯度材料设计原理,提出了隧道盾构管片分层设计的技术路线。此外,还介绍了基于氯离子扩散理论模型的混凝土材料使用寿命预测方法,并对功能梯度盾构管片混凝土的使用寿命进行了对比计算和分析。

Abstract:Operating environment of tunnel project is adverse,which demands high durability of concrete materials.In rela-tion to the characteristics,primary influencing factors of shield tunnel segment durability are analyzed.The goal of preparation design is structure durability,by means of design principle of functionally gradient materials,the technique of separate layer de-sign for shield tunnel segment is proposed.Besides,a prediction method of concrete materials service life is introduced,which is based on theoretical model of chloride diffusion,and the service life of functionally gradient shield tunnel segment concrete is comparatively calculated and analyzed.
