摘    要:通过对DH80-7空压机现状及椭圆瓦、可倾瓦的特点进行分析,得出空压机一至四级轴瓦结构改进的可行性与必要性.予以实施后,使空压机稳定性显著提高,确保了空压机安全和长周期运行,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益.

Abstract:Through analysis on present condition of the DH80 - 7 air compressor and the features of the tilting pad bearing and the elliptical bearing, the feasibility and necessity of improvement on the class one to four bearings of the air compressor are detennined. After the improvement, the stability of the air compressor is improved obviously making sure a safe and long period running and resulting in enormous profits in both economy and society.
