吉林某低品位铜镍硫化矿石选矿工艺优化研究

摘    要:吉林某铜镍矿石选矿厂采用粗碎矿石按18 mm筛分、筛下产品进行洗矿-重选-浮选、筛上产品进行中细碎-磨矿-异步浮选-重选的工艺处理低品位硫化铜镍矿石,流程长而复杂,但选矿效率低下。对该矿石进行了选矿工艺优化研究,结果表明:采用简单的全矿石单一异步浮选工艺,在-0.074 mm占70%磨矿细度下,可以获得Ni品位为7.47%、Ni回收率为82.57%、Cu品位为2.19%、Cu回收率为91.74%的铜镍混合精矿。与现场相比,不仅工艺流程和药剂制度得到了极大的简化,而且使Cu、Ni的选矿效率分别提高了13.90和5.49个百分点,从而为现场生产工艺的改造提供了依据。

Abstract:In a copper-nickel ore concentrator of Jilin, the process of washing-gravity separation-flotation for the undersize products by 18 mm screening and the process of crushing-grinding-asynchronous flotation-gravity separation for oversize products are adopted to handle the low grade sulfide copper-nickel ore.Even if these processes are complicated and long flow, the efficiency of concentration is low.So the ore beneficiation process was optimized.The results showed that with the simple asynchronous flotation process for the ore, copper-nickel mixed concentrate with Ni grade of 7.47%, Ni recoveries of 82.57%, Cu grade of 2.19% and Cu recovery of 91.74% were obtained under the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 70%.Compared with the on-site tests, the process and the pharmaceutical system have been greatly simplified, and the Cu, Ni beneficiation efficiency were increased by 13.90% and 5.49% respectively.The research provides a basis for the technical transformation of the site production process.
