活性炭对水解除氰的影响研究

摘    要:在密闭的压力容器内,对氰化物溶液加入活性炭后的水解反应规律以及水解除氰影响因素方面进行了详细地研究,其结果表明,加入活性炭后氰化物水解反应仍然符合一级动力学规律;水解温度和反应时间对除氰率影响最显著,其次为水解温度与反应时间以及pH值与活性炭种类的交互作用,pH值和活性炭种类的单一因素影响不显著;活性炭的粒度与用量对除氰率有不同程度的影响; 搅拌速度对除氰率影响不大。

Abstract:The regularity of hydrolytic reaction of cyanide solution in the airtighted pressure vessel after adding activated carbon(AC) and the factors influencing the hydrolysis of cyanide are studied.In result,the hydrolytic reaction of cyanide after adding AC still obey the first order kinetic law.The influence of hydrolytic temperature and reaction time on hydrolytic rate(HR) of Cyanide are remarkable while the interactions among the hydrolytic temperature,reaction time,pH value and AC type occupy the second place,and the influence of pH value,AC type are less remarkable.The grain size and dozage of AC have a certain influence on HR while the stirring speed on HR is less obvious
