摘    要:为了验证新开发的汽轮机控制器的方案以及性能,基于LabVIEW平台,应用硬件在环技术研发了一套汽轮机仿真系统。首先采用频率预曲折双线性变换法将控制系统的数学模型离散化;然后在LabVIEW中进行图形化编程,从而实现了基于虚拟仪器的汽轮机系统的仿真。研究结果表明,该系统有效缩短了新产品研发周期,减少了控制系统的调试时间,能完成控制系统出厂前系统调试、用户现场仿真操作培训和有效辨识控制系统的参数,为实时论证控制器性能的难题提供了解决方法。

Abstract:Aiming at testing and verificating the scheme and function of developing controller,hardware-in-loop technology was applied,a set of simulated instrument of steam turbine based on LabVIEW was developed.Bilinear transformation was adopted to discrete the mathematic model of the whole simulation system.Considered that LabVIEW was a novel graphic computer language,the practical realization of mathematical model in LabVIEW was presented.The results indicate that the simulation provides a solution to the difficu...
