基于CLIPS与DCS的CFBB燃烧控制专家系统

摘    要:针对循环流化床锅炉控制中所碰到的纯滞后,多变量耦合,控制过程复杂,不易建立精确数学模型以及自动化水平等问题,应用CLIPS专家系统开发工具和VC 编程技术开发循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制的专家系统,用VC 编写用户界面,通过DLL混合方式编程设计VC 与CLIPS的接口.由于VC 很容易实现与EXCEL的数据交换,通过DDE动态数据交换技术实现专家系统与DCS系统之间的数据交换.该系统的开发对提高循环流化床锅炉自动化水平做了有益的尝试.

Abstract:To solve the problems of lag control,multivariable coupling and no precise mathematical model,in the control process of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,a combustion control expert system was developed using CLIPS(C Language Integrated Production System) and VC programming. Visual C was used to develop the interface through the Dynamic Link Library(DLL) mixed programming.As it was easy to implement data exchange between VC and DCS system,the expert system fulfilled the function of communication with the DCS through the Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE).The application of developed system will enhance the safety of the circulating fluidized bed boiler and improve the quality of vapor generated.
