| 摘 要： | 高速切削作为先进的加工技术在国外已有广泛的应用，努力发展数控切削技术，并向更高层次的自动化、柔性化、敏捷化、网络化和数字化制造方向推进，是当前机械制造业发展的方向。本文先介绍了高速切削的概念继而综述了在模具制造业中的应用，并列举了某塑料模具的高速切削工艺加工参数，最后对模具行业的应用进行了展望。

| Abstract: | HSC has been applied widely as advanced machining technology. It is a ongoing way for mechanical manufacturing to develop NC cutting technology deeply. It will boost mechanical manufacturing for further automation, flexibility, agility and numeral. It is narrated the definition of HSC and the application of mold manufacturing with HSC in the paper, it has listed the processing parameter of the bottle with HSC in details and summarized the future of the mold industry. |
