两介质接触面裂纹扩展数值分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS提供的SOLID65单元和分布式裂缝模型对两介质接触面的裂纹扩展进行了分析,讨论了界面粘结力和低强度介质与高强度介质的强度之比k值对裂纹扩展程度的影响,数值分析结果和试验结果吻合,证明利用ANSYS进行两介质接触面裂纹扩展分析具有可行性。

Abstract:SOLID65 element and smeared crack model in ANSYS were used in analysis of crack growth at the interface between dissimilar materials.The cohesion at the interface and the ratio of strength k between two materials were discussed.The numerical simulation agree with the test results,which testified that it is feasible to apply ANSYS program to analyze crack growth at the interface between dissimilar materials.
