摘 要: | 露天矿山爆破单孔装药量较大,随着人们对爆破震动危害的重视,爆破降震技术的研究已成为矿山生产的重要课题。文章针对镜铁山矿黑沟露天矿爆破距2#溜井近、爆破规模大、爆破对溜井震动影响大的问题,开展了逐孔爆破降震技术研究,通过爆破计算及试验,详细合理地设计了2#溜井附近台阶爆破方案。爆破结果表明,采用逐孔爆破降震技术在降低爆破震动、保护溜井工程设施的安全稳定方面具有良好应用效果,这是一种简便、易行、可靠、经济的降震方法。

Abstract: | Abstratc:In open pit mine, the explosive charge of single hole is large,With the people to the attention of blasting vibra-tion damage, blasting seismic reduction technology research has become an important project of the mine production.For the short distance near 2#chute, large scale blasting and the problem of blasting effect on chute shock, this paper conduc-ted hole by hole blasting vibration technology.Through the calculation and the test of blasting, it designed detailed and rea-sonable bench blasting scheme nearby 2# chute.The blasting results show that the hole by hole technology to reduce the blasting vibration, to ensure the safety of the chute engineering facilities stability has a good application effect.This is a simple, easy ,reliable and economic method of vibration reduction. |
