热压/热变形(Nd,Ce)_2Fe_(14)B/CaF_2磁体的磁电性能和微结构

摘    要:通过热压/热变形工艺制备了掺杂Ca F2的(Nd1-xCex)29FebalB0.9M(x=0.1,0.15,0.2,0.3,M=Co和Ga等)磁体,研究发现随Ca F2掺杂量增加,电阻率逐渐升高,磁性能逐渐下降。当Ca F2添加量为3wt%时,随Ce取代量的增加,矫顽力呈先上升后下降的趋势。当Ca F2掺杂量为3%,Ce含量x=0.15时,性能最优,剩磁为11.26k G,磁能积为21.93 MGOe,矫顽力达到最大值9.49 k Oe,电阻率达到269μ?·cm,与无掺杂Ca F2热压/热变形工艺制备的钕铁硼磁体电阻率230μ?·cm相比提高了13%。通过对热压/热变形磁体中Ca F2添加量和Ce含量的优化,提供了一种较高电阻率、低成本高磁性能的(Nd1-xCex)29FebalB0.9M热压/热变形磁体。

Abstract:(Nd1-xCex)29FebalB0.9M (x=0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.3, and M=Co, Ga, etc) doping with CaF2 were prepared by hot pressing and hot deforming process. The resistivity and magnetic properties were found increases and decrease with the increase of CaF2 content. For CaF2 content amount of 3 wt %, with the increase of the Ce content, the coercivity increases firstly and then decreases. When Ce content x=0.15, the magnet shows the highest properties: Br=11.26kG, (BH)max=21.93MGOe, maximum coercivity of 9.49kOe and resistivity of 269μ?·cm. Compared with pure NdFeB without doping CaF2 (230μ?·cm), the resistivity increases by 13%. By optimizing the content of CaF2 and Ce, (Nd1-xCex)29FebalB0.9M hot pressed&hot deformed magnet with high resistivity and low cost is provided.
