| 摘 要： | 文章利用三维建模软件对结构复杂的卡罗塞尔卷取机大转盘进行了建模。在此基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对大转盘进行了最恶劣工况下的力学分析,直观展现了大转盘存在的应力、应变,为掌握卡罗塞尔卷取机的力学性能提供了可靠的理论分析依据。

| Abstract: | By using the three-dimensional modeling software , the model of big revolving tray of complex structure for the carrousel coiler was established .On this basis, the analysis of mechanical properties under the worst working conditions was carried out on the big revolving tray by finite element analysis software ANSYS .The stress and strain of big revolving tray is visually displayed , providing reliable theoretical basis for mastering the mechanical properties of the big revolving tray . |
