浅析充填采矿法在湘安钨业的应用实践

湘安钨业自开采以来一直采用全面法进行采矿,在经过近20年的开采后整个矿区留下大面积的采空区。采空区的顶板依靠矿柱维护,随着开采深度的加深,矿体顶板稳固性急剧变差,全面法采矿不仅存在很大的安全隐患,而且浪费大量高品位资源,同时由于顶板垮落造成出矿贫化增大。为了确保生产安全,降低出矿贫化同时提高高品位矿石的回采率,公司决定利用充填采矿法对深部资源进行回采。

Application fo Fli l Stoping Method to Tungsten Mine

Xiang'an tungsten mine has been adopting the comprehensive method in mining for nearly 20 years, leaving a large goaf area the whole mining area .Since the roofs of mined-out area are supported by pillars .The stability of the roofs in the orebody gets deteriorated along with the increase of the mining depth , which not only poses a safety hazard , but also in-curs waste of high quality resources and increase of dilution due to roof caving .In order to ensure production safety , reduce ore dilution and at the same time improve the recovery rate of the high grade ore , the filling mining method was chosen for the deep resource exploitation .
