有色金属工业发展循环经济的模式

发展循环经济是有色金属行业缓解资源、环境、能源三大约束矛盾的必由之路。循环经济具体体现在经济活动的三个重要层面上,分别运用减量化、再利用和资源化原则实现企业、区域和社会三个层面的物质循环流动。文章叙述了有色金属工业发展循环经济的模式,提出发展循环经济关键是做好物质和能源的大、中、小三个循环,并对有色金属工业发展循环经济提出政策建议。

Circular Economy Development Model of Non-ferrous Metals Industry

Developing circular economy is the only way for the non-ferrous metal industry relieve the contradictions of re-sources, environment and energy constraints .Circular economy is mainly reflected in three important aspects of economic ac-tivity,to achieve enterprise, regional and social three levels of circulating material through the use of the reduction、reuse and resource principle respectively .Paper describes the circular economy development model of Non -ferrous metals industry , the key is to make industrial material and energy of large , medium and small three cycles , also put forward policy recom-mendations for the nonferrous metals industry to promote circular economy .
