摘    要:甘肃某铁矿中铁矿物主要为磁铁矿,矿物组成复杂、嵌布粒度细微、嵌布关系复杂,且铁品位较低,属于难处理铁矿石。为了使该矿石资源合理的开发利用,采用磁选对该矿石进行了选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%的情况下,采用1粗2精(精选前再磨至-0.045 mm占90%)的试验流程,可获得铁品位63.37%、回收率为68.04%的铁精矿。

Magne tic Experimental on A Complex Refractory Iron Oer of Gansu Province
Abstract:AComplex Refractoryiron ore in Gansu province,the iron mainly magnetite,with characteristics of complex miner-al composition,mico-grained and complex dissemination and low grade iron.In order to develop and utilize reasonable the i-ron ore,experimental study on the ore is made by adopting themagnetic separations.The results indicate that under the cond-ititions of ginding fineness of85%-0.074mm,iron concentrate with Fe grade of 63.37%,and recovery of 68.04%were ob-tained respectively with this process by one roughing and two cleaning( regrinding to 90%-0.045mm before the cleaning) .
