低压脉冲布袋除尘器在18.5MVA硅铁炉上的应用

摘    要:硅铁炉在冶炼生产过程中会产生大量高温烟气,且粉尘浓度大、粒径小。系统采用当前先进的高效余热发电方式进行降温;除尘器选用当前较为流行的外滤式的离线低压长袋脉冲反吹布袋除尘器。在民和天利18.5MVA上的应用实际表明,与正压大布袋除尘器相比,低压脉冲除尘器在硅铁炉的烟气治理方面具有明显优势,是今后硅铁炉除尘技术的主趋势。

Application of Low-Pressure Pulse Bag Filter in 18.5 MVA Ferrosilicon Furnace
Abstract:The ferrosilicon furnace produces a large number of high temperature flue gas which is of high concentration and small particle size in the process of smelting.The current advanced waste heat recycle and utilization was used as a colling way in this system.The dust removal system selected the popular outside-filter-tipe long cloth bag, which had a cleaning way of offline and low-pressure pulse counter blowing.The actual application of the system on the 18.5 MKV ferrosilicon furnace showed that the low-pressure pulse bag filter had obvious advantages compared with the positive-pressure big bag.It is the main trend of ferrosilicon furnace dust removal technology in the future.
