摘    要:德国西马克SMS CSP轧机自动换辊控制系统采用顺序控制,通过精确控制每个子系统,实现无人确认操作状态下的换辊功能。原设计换辊系统中,因支承辊、工作辊平衡回路为力控模式,第一步抽辊和第四步推辊步骤存在支承辊下降时间较长,下降"到位"信号反馈较慢的问题,增加了换辊时间。通过优化添加支承辊平衡缸位置控制模式及工作辊节流阀开口度调整,缩短自动换辊时间40 s,提高了生产线的作业率。

Reduction of Automatic Roll Exchange Period in CSP Fabrication Line
Abstract:Sequential control was adopted in the aotomatic roll replacement system for the SMS CSP roller , realizing un-manned roll replacement function by accurately controlling every subsystem .Because of the unreasonable force control mode adopted in the balance circuit of the bearing roll and work roll in the original design , the problem of long duration in de-scending of the bearing roll and slow feedback of in-place signal during drawing out work roll of the first step and pushing in work roll of the fourth step , which lengthened the roll replacement period .By adding position control mode for the balance cylinder of the bearing roll , and throttle valve opening adjustment for the work roll , the automatic roll replace time was shortened to 40 seconds , and the operation rate of the production line was improved .
