摘    要:为了研究超磁致伸缩致动器的输出特性,采用自制的超磁致伸缩微驱动刀架进行其输出特性实验研究。通过作用在GMM棒上的不同预压应力,改变恒定电流值,研究微位移输出与电流及预压弹簧预压量之间的关系,然后采用最小二乘法分析出微进给刀架最佳工作预压弹簧预压量,在最佳预压弹簧预压量下,分析不同电流加载卸载与微位移输出的关系回线的重合度,确定出基于GMM微进给刀架最佳工作参数。研究结果表明,超磁致伸缩微驱动器在最佳工作电流值和预应力作用下,其工作时加卸载的磁滞回线重合度最好,该研究结果为后续开发相应的微细加工装备及微进给刀架的应用研究提供了理论与实验基础,具有重要的实践意义。

Abstract:In order to study the actuator’s output characteristics of giant magnetostrictive material, the experimental on its output characteristic is made by using home-made magnetostrictive micro drive tool. The constant electric current is changed by changing the preload pressure acting on the GMM’s stick, and the relation among micro-displacement output and constant electric current and preload pressure was researched. Then the best optimal preload pressure was determined by least-squares method, and the coincidence degree of the loading and unloading loop curve for different electric currents analyzed under the most optimal preload pressure. The best optimal operating current made on the tool carrier is analyzed. The results show that the giant magnetostrictive actuator is worked in optimum operating current value and pre-stress, its coincidence degree of the hysteresis loop is best when it is working, it has been provided that the theoretical and experimental foundation is accepted for the micro-feed tool carrier based on the GMM used in the micro-manufacture field since the best parameters are decided.
