电力导航抄表系统应用的探讨

摘    要:阐述了基于全球定位导航系统、地理信息系统技术支持的电力导航抄表系统作为一种新的抄表方式可以有效解决抄表工作中遇到的一些问题。核心是利用智能设备中的全球定位导航系统,科学动态地调配抄表人员,按最佳路线快速引导抄表员到达表位进行抄表,并根据导航设备记录的抄表员行走轨迹进行有效的实抄率考核。

Abstract:Based on GPS and GIS technology,electric navigation meter-reading system as a new kind of meter-reading method can effectively solve the problems in meter reading.The core of the system lies in that based on GPS navigation system,it can scientifically and dynamically allocate,meter-reading personnels to reach where the meter lies according to the best route guided, and the actual record ratio can be assessed according to the track accorded.
