摘    要:为了提高电厂机组运行的可靠性,能够较准确地掌握锅炉受热面及汽机高低压加热器等各蛇形管的壁厚尤为重要,但现有的各种检测方法均无法令人满意。经过不断摸索以及测试方法上的技术创新,经过多次的实践,得出结论,即应用电阻检测方法对锅炉“四管”、汽机高低加等蛇形管的壁厚情况进行检查诊断,从而能准确判断管道磨损状况,及时更换问题管子。
