| 摘 要： | 根据药芯焊丝水下焊接的要求，研制了一套水下焊接电弧控制系统，本系统通过单片微机实时控制焊接电流波形，在进行水下短路过渡焊接时可以提高焊接电弧稳定性，减少飞溅，同时改善焊缝成型。

| Abstract: | At the special request of the flux-cored wire welding underwater, the welding arc control system is developed. The current waveform of the inverter power source is controlled by a microcomputer. The stability of arc and the formation of weld in underwater welding are improved, while the spatter is reduced. |
