| 摘 要： | 介绍粤财大厦这一体型复杂的超高层建筑结构设计，包括基础及上部关键结构设计、结构计算分析及振动台试验。探讨了强约束钢钢筋混凝土柱、结构转换层、预应力混凝土结构等技术在高层建筑结构设计中的应用。
