| 摘 要： | 股票期权作为激励员工努力工作的手段 ,长期以来被西方发达国家广泛采用 ,且效果显著 ,但在我国却未能广泛推行。本文通过分析国内公司在实行股票期权过程中存在的各种问题 ,初步探索了股票期权制度未能推广的原因。

| Abstract: | As one of the instrument for motivating e mp loyees, with obvious effect, stock option plan has been used widely for a long t ime in developed country. In our country, however, it hasn't been widely ado pted. The article analyses the different problems existing in the process of stock option plan for domestic companies in order to find the cause of losing spread for stock option plan. |
